What You\'ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Block Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and lease obligations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with leaseholders, freeholders, Resident Management Companies (RMCs), and contractors
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets in conjunction with the accounts team
- Arranging maintenance, repairs, planned works, and contractor management
- Managing insurance claims, health and safety compliance, and statutory requirements
- Delivering exceptional customer service while resolving property management issues efficiently
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience as a Block Manager or Property Manager managing residential developments
- Excellent knowledge of residential leasehold property management and current legislation
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a busy portfolio
- Excellent communication and customer service skill
- Calm and professional approach when handling issues or disputes
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and residents
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
