You’ll oversee the day-to-day management of leasehold properties, working closely with residents, contractors, freeholders and resident management companies. The role combines property management, compliance, maintenance and client relationship responsibilities, making it ideal for an experienced residential Block Manager.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Block Property Manager
- Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and leasehold properties
- Liaise with leaseholders, freeholders, RMCs and residents on property matters
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors across the portfolio
- Manage service charge budgets and expenditure in conjunction with the accounts team
- Ensure properties meet relevant health and safety and statutory compliance requirements
- Attend meetings, prepare reports and provide regular updates to clients

- Previous experience working as a Block Manager within residential property
- Strong knowledge of leasehold and block management
- Experience managing service charges and budgets
- Good understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience dealing with contractors and maintenance issues

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties
