Blockchain Architect

About the Role

Our client requires a visionary Blockchain Architect to design and oversee the implementation of innovative blockchain solutions in Manchester . You will be instrumental in defining the technical strategy and roadmap for our client's blockchain initiatives, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and align with business objectives. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects and influence the direction of a company at the forefront of the crypto & blockchain industry. You will be expected to provide expert guidance and technical leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document comprehensive blockchain architectures for new products and platforms.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain technologies, protocols, and tools.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all blockchain solutions.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes to validate architectural designs and new technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and design, with a significant focus on blockchain technologies .
• In-depth knowledge of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana) and their underlying principles.
• Experience in designing enterprise-grade blockchain solutions and dApps.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience in Manchester .
