About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Blockchain Architect to design and guide the implementation of sophisticated blockchain solutions in Norwich . You will be at the forefront of defining the technical strategy for our client's involvement in the Crypto & Blockchain sector, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient decentralized systems. This role is crucial for driving innovation and ensuring that our client leverages the full potential of distributed ledger technology. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, and executive leadership to architect robust solutions that address current needs and anticipate future challenges in the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape of Norfolk.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document comprehensive blockchain architectures and technical strategies.
- Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and consensus mechanisms.
- Lead the technical design of smart contracts, dApps, and other decentralized applications.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that blockchain solutions are secure, scalable, performant, and compliant with industry standards.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations within the Crypto & Blockchain space.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software architecture and development, with a strong specialization in blockchain technology .
- Deep understanding of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Solana) and their ecosystems.
- Proficiency in smart contract development and best practices for secure implementation.
- Knowledge of cryptographic principles , distributed systems, and consensus algorithms.
- Experience integrating blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
