Blockchain Business Analyst

About the Role

Our client is looking for a sharp and insightful Blockchain Business Analyst to join their team in Norwich . This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring that developed solutions align with strategic objectives. Working in a hybrid setup, you will play a key role in facilitating the adoption and successful implementation of blockchain technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for blockchain-based projects.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical departments to define project scope and objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Contribute to the development of business cases and strategies for blockchain adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding or experience in blockchain technology or cryptocurrency .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
