Blockchain Data Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking an insightful Blockchain Data Analyst to join their growing analytics team in Bristol . You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from various blockchains to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Your work will support strategic decision-making across product development, marketing, and operations within the Crypto & Blockchain domain. Key Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple blockchain sources (e.g., on-chain data, transaction logs).
• Clean, validate, and analyze blockchain data using SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends for stakeholders.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within blockchain data to inform business strategy.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behavior, tokenomics, and network activity.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data collection and reporting processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on blockchain data or analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python with Pandas/Matplotlib, Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including transactions, blocks, smart contracts, and tokenomics.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, essential for work in Bristol within the Crypto & Blockchain sector.
