About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and technically adept Blockchain Network Administrator to manage and maintain their blockchain infrastructure in Wolverhampton . You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and availability of our blockchain networks. This role involves monitoring network health, implementing upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the overall stability of our decentralized systems. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain blockchain nodes and network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security, responding to alerts promptly.
• Implement and manage network upgrades and patches to ensure system integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain network operations.
• Ensure the security of the blockchain network through robust access control and monitoring.
• Collaborate with development teams to support new blockchain deployments and features.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role, with exposure to blockchain technologies.
• Strong understanding of network protocols , TCP/IP, and network security principles.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Unix) and server management.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of blockchain concepts, consensus mechanisms, and node operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
