About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of nodes, validators, and associated network components. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain blockchain nodes and validator infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect against attacks and unauthorized access.
• Perform regular system upgrades, patching, and backups for critical network components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
• Document network configurations, operational procedures, and incident reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or Systems Administrator, with a focus on blockchain technologies.
• Hands-on experience managing and operating nodes on major blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana).
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP), firewall management, and network security principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation of network tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, collaborating with team members both in-office and remotely.
