Blockchain Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and strategic Blockchain Product Manager to lead the development and roadmap of their exciting new product initiatives in Derby . This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology and the ability to translate market needs and technical capabilities into compelling product strategies. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product launches in the fast-paced Crypto & Blockchain sector. The ideal candidate is passionate about decentralized technologies and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain-related products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and user needs.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product offerings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain technology or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of blockchain principles, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and manage product lifecycles.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
