Blockchain Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Blockchain Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of their innovative blockchain products from their Bristol office. This role requires a deep understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape, coupled with strong product management skills. You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, gathering market insights, and working closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver successful blockchain solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain-based products .
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify user needs and opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications .
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to oversee the development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on products to drive adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in the blockchain or cryptocurrency space.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, DeFi, and NFTs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
