About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and gather requirements.
• Prioritize product features and develop detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and work with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption.
• Track product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on blockchain or cryptocurrency products.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and manage product backlogs.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
