About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Blockchain Product Manager to guide the development of innovative products in the crypto and blockchain space, based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, UK . You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating market opportunities and user needs into successful blockchain-based solutions. This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding, market insight, and leadership ability to drive product success from conception to launch and beyond. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain-related products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the blockchain landscape.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into detailed specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to oversee the product development lifecycle.
• Launch new products and features, working with marketing and sales to ensure successful market adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager , with a significant focus on blockchain technology or cryptocurrencies.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, dApps, and emerging Web3 trends.
• Experience in conducting market research, defining product strategy, and managing product roadmaps.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage stakeholder expectations.
