About the Role

Our client is looking for a visionary Blockchain Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of innovative products within the burgeoning crypto and blockchain ecosystem. Based remotely, you will bridge the gap between technical development and market needs, defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful launch of compelling blockchain-based solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the blockchain landscape, a passion for decentralized technologies, and the ability to translate complex concepts into tangible products that resonate with users.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain products .
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications for engineering teams.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and legal teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on blockchain technology or decentralized applications.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products from concept to market.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts , tokenomics, and various blockchain platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving industry.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
