Blockchain Product Manager

About the Role

Our client, a dynamic player in the Crypto & Blockchain industry, is looking for a strategic Blockchain Product Manager to join their team in Nottingham . You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our blockchain-based offerings. This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding, market insight, and user-centric thinking to drive the development of innovative products in the decentralized space. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to bring successful products to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and user needs.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for development teams.
• Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion focused on blockchain or cryptocurrency products .
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Proven ability to define product strategy and translate it into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Familiarity with market dynamics in the Crypto & Blockchain space.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
