Blockchain Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Blockchain Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of blockchain initiatives from their Stoke-on-Trent office. This role requires a strong understanding of blockchain technology coupled with excellent project management skills to guide teams through the complexities of developing and implementing decentralized solutions. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts.
• Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, with at least 1 year focused on blockchain or technology projects.
• Proven understanding of blockchain concepts, use cases, and the development lifecycle.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
