Blockchain Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Blockchain Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of their blockchain initiatives in Wolverhampton, West Midlands . This role requires a unique blend of project management expertise and a solid understanding of blockchain technology and its applications. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing complex blockchain projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can navigate the complexities of the rapidly evolving crypto and blockchain landscape, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of blockchain projects, ensuring progress aligns with objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Report on project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with demonstrable success in managing technology projects, ideally in the blockchain or crypto space.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
