About the Role
Our client is seeking an organized and experienced Blockchain Project Manager to oversee the execution of various initiatives within their Crypto & Blockchain division in Sheffield . You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing blockchain-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of blockchain technology and software development lifecycles. Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Manage project execution, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ensure projects align with the company's strategic objectives and deliver value in the Crypto & Blockchain space.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a significant track record of managing technology projects, preferably in blockchain or crypto.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
