Blockchain Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Blockchain Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of various blockchain initiatives in Stoke-on-Trent . You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of blockchain technology and its applications. You will manage cross-functional teams and work closely with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success in the fast-paced crypto and blockchain sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives in the blockchain space .

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a significant portion of experience in the blockchain or crypto industry.
• Solid understanding of blockchain concepts, distributed ledger technology, and smart contracts.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly desirable.
