Key Responsibilities

• Monitor blockchain networks and systems for suspicious activities and potential security breaches.
• Conduct forensic analysis of security incidents, including chain analysis and transaction tracing.
• Develop and implement security protocols and best practices for blockchain operations.
• Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors within the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to remediate identified security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Perform regular security assessments and penetration testing of blockchain applications and smart contracts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Analyst , with a strong focus on blockchain and cryptocurrency security.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies, consensus mechanisms, and common attack vectors (e.g., 51% attacks, smart contract exploits).
• Experience with security monitoring tools and intrusion detection systems.
• Familiarity with chain analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to act decisively under pressure.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
