About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Blockchain Security Analyst to join their team in Newcastle upon Tyne . In this crucial role, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating security risks across our blockchain infrastructure and applications. You will conduct in-depth security assessments, penetration testing, and code audits to ensure the integrity and safety of our digital assets. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures for blockchain operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, with a specific focus on blockchain security.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contract vulnerabilities, and cryptographic principles.
• Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with programming languages used in blockchain development (e.g., Solidity, JavaScript).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH) are a plus.
