Blockchain Solutions Architect

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Blockchain Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative blockchain strategies from their base in Coventry . You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, selecting appropriate blockchain platforms, and ensuring the security, scalability, and efficiency of our client's decentralized solutions. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, enterprise architecture, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, future-proof technical designs. You will work closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and business leaders to drive the adoption of blockchain across various applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end blockchain solutions tailored to specific business needs, considering scalability, security, and performance.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable blockchain platforms , protocols, and consensus mechanisms for diverse projects.
• Develop technical blueprints and architectural documentation for blockchain implementations.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of blockchain solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on blockchain best practices and emerging trends in Coventry .
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with blockchain implementations, including security vulnerabilities and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture, with a significant focus on blockchain technology .
• Deep understanding of various blockchain architectures (public, private, consortium) and their trade-offs.
• Proficiency in one or more smart contract languages (e.g., Solidity, Go, Rust).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and tokenomics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in Coventry .
