About the Role

Our client, a leader in the crypto and blockchain industry, is seeking a strategic Blockchain Solutions Architect to join their innovative team in Cardiff . In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and defining the technical architecture of enterprise-grade blockchain solutions, translating complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and efficient decentralized systems. You will work closely with development teams, business analysts, and clients to ensure the successful implementation of cutting-edge blockchain technologies, driving strategic adoption and ensuring technical excellence across all projects, contributing to a culture of innovation and rigorous architectural design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions for enterprise blockchain implementations.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, consensus mechanisms, and supporting technologies.
• Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural designs and best practices in crypto development.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on blockchain security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Present architectural proposals and technical solutions to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a strong focus on blockchain technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda) and their respective use cases.
• Experience with distributed ledger technologies (DLT), smart contracts, and tokenization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
