About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Blockchain Solutions Architect to join their growing team in Birmingham . You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to design robust, scalable, and secure blockchain ecosystems that align with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-level architectural strategies for blockchain-based systems and applications.
- Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, technologies, and tools for various project needs.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models for blockchain development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in blockchain technology and security.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and design, with at least 5 years focused on blockchain technologies .
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex blockchain solutions and distributed ledger technologies.
- Expertise in various blockchain protocols (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Hyperledger) and smart contract development.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, distributed systems, and network security principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
