About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Blockchain Solutions Architect to join their dynamic team in Wolverhampton . In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex blockchain solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technical architectures, guiding development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end blockchain solutions , including network topology, consensus mechanisms, and data management strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms (public, private, consortium) and technologies for diverse business use cases.
• Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps for blockchain projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define the scope of blockchain initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation phase.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security best practices, regulatory compliance, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Significant experience (7+ years) in software architecture, with a strong focus on blockchain technology .
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain protocols, distributed ledger technologies (DLTs), and smart contract platforms.
• Expertise in cryptography, consensus algorithms, and network security.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in a hybrid work setting.
