About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain solutions tailored to specific business needs and use cases.
• Define and document technical standards, development guidelines, and best practices for blockchain development teams.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, technologies, and tools for various projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high-level technical designs and implementation plans.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles.
• Stay abreast of emerging blockchain trends, technologies, and regulatory changes, advising on strategic adoption.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of various blockchain protocols, distributed ledger technologies (DLT), and smart contract development.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
