About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Blockchain Solutions Architect to join their growing technology division in Stoke-on-Trent . This role is responsible for designing and delivering robust blockchain solutions that address complex business challenges within the crypto and blockchain sector. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, architect scalable and secure systems, and guide development teams through implementation. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technological foundation of innovative projects in a fast-paced industry, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end blockchain solutions, including network infrastructure, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract integrations.
Translate business needs into detailed technical designs and architectural blueprints for blockchain applications.
Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and recommend appropriate solutions for adoption.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and performant, meeting the highest industry standards.
Collaborate with product management and engineering leads to define technical roadmaps.

Requirements

Extensive experience in architecting and implementing blockchain solutions for enterprise or commercial applications.
Deep understanding of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda) and their capabilities.
Proficiency in smart contract design and development principles.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cryptography, and network security.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
