Own the customer relationship from contract award through delivery.

We're looking for a commercially minded BMS Contracts Manager to manage customer relationships, contracts and delivery across a portfolio of BMS projects and service agreements.

Responsibilities

Manage BMS contracts from mobilisation through delivery. Maintain relationships with key customers. Monitor project/service performance against contractual requirements. Manage variations, additional works and commercial opportunities. Coordinate engineering resources. Monitor budgets, costs and margins. Manage subcontractors and suppliers. Attend client meetings and progress reviews. Resolve contractual and delivery issues. Work closely with project and service teams. Identify opportunities for account growth.Experience

Previous experience within BMS/building controls. Contracts, project or commercial management experience. Strong understanding of BMS projects and service. Excellent customer management skills.
