BMS Projects Operations Lead

Solutions Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (Projects) for a leading BMS company based in London. You will oversee delivery of the project portfolio, manage Project Managers, Engineers and subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

You will monitor performance, margins and forecasts, coordinate resources across projects, drive process improvements, and work with senior management on strategy and growth while maintaining health and safety standards.
