Board Governance & Reporting Lead

OneSchool Global UK is seeking an experienced Governance and Reporting Manager to join our GRC team. This role supports the UK Board and its sub-committees, delivering governance reporting and oversight in a highly regulated educational and charitable environment.

You will act as Secretary to the UK Board, lead policy management and conflicts of interest programmes, and translate regulatory requirements into practical actions for senior leaders.
