Our client, a reputable and recently established Bodyshop in Basingstoke Hampshire, is looking to recruit a skilled Bodyshop Technician to join their growing team. • Salary from £45,000, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.45pm
• Friendly workshop with a variety of vehicles
• Working on all mechanical duties, including heavier repairs
• Opportunity to join a new Bodyshop workshop, opened recently

Duties:

• Perform comprehensive mechanical repairs within a high-volume workshop
• Conduct servicing tasks, including heavier repairs and general maintenance
• Work on a diverse fleet of vehicles, maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Complete repairs efficiently, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Assist with a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensure documentation and trade procedures are followed precisely

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic, ideally within an automotive workshop
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanical Repairs or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
• Comfortable handling complex repairs, including timing belts and heavier jobs
• Excellent work ethic and reliability
