We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join a reputable accident repair centre in Reading, Berkshire. This Bodyshop Technician opportunity offers long-term career prospects within a well-established and busy environment. Carry out panel repairs, mechanical, and electronic tasks as required
Perform paint refinishing and spray work to high standards
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to ensure quality work
Provide excellent customer service to foster customer loyalty and referrals
Keep work area clean and organised, adhering to health and safety standards
Complete administration tasks accurately and efficientlyRequirements of a Bodyshop Technician:
Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician
Attention to detail and high-quality work standards
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
NVQ or ATA qualification would be advantageous but not essential; relevant experience will be considered
