CV Screen is recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join an established accountancy practice based near Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper with practice experience to join a well-established and growing organisation supporting a diverse range of clients. The role is 100% office based , offering a salary of £35,000 + excellent benefits . The successful candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills, experience using Sage and a good understanding of CIS. Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping activities for a portfolio of clients
• Maintain accurate financial records and complete regular reconciliations
• Process purchase and sales transactions and maintain ledgers
• Prepare relevant financial information and reports for clients
• Handle CIS-related bookkeeping and associated administration

What Experience is Required

• Previous bookkeeping experience within an accountancy practice
• Strong working knowledge of Sage
• Experience with CIS and a good understanding of bookkeeping processes

Location

The role is based near Portsmouth and is commutable from Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Waterlooville, Cosham, Chichester and Southampton . Please note, this is a 100% office-based position .
