Box Office Ops Leader – Deputy Manager

Bradford Theatres in Bradford is seeking a permanent Deputy Box Office Manager to lead the sales team across online, telephone, counter and agency channels, delivering excellent customer service and maximising revenue.

The post holder will manage and develop staff, optimise the Spektrix ticketing system, and work with other managers to ensure efficient operations while remaining flexible to meet deadlines and shift patterns.
