Job Description
Premier Work Support has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Administrator to join our friendly and busy team at our Romford Branch.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Additionally we operate an 'out of hours service' so you will be required to cover an on-call phone on a rotating basis.
This is initially a temporary position, with the potential to become permanent after 12 weeks, subject to performance and business requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within the recruitment industry. Full training and support will be provided in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
About the Role
As Branch Administrator, you will work closely with a small team of consultants, providing administrative support. The role includes:
Resourcing and attracting candidates Interviewing and registering applicants Completing compliance checks Matching candidates to vacancies Assisting with bookings and placements Supporting payroll administration Providing excellent service to clients and temporary workers General branch administration and supporting the team with day-to-day tasksKey Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident and professional telephone manner Strong organisation and time management skills Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail Positive, flexible and proactive approachPrevious recruitment experience is not essential as full training, mentoring and ongoing development will be provided.
