Branch & Phone Customer Experience Advisor

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Exeter Branch on an on-call rolling contract (min 260 hours per year). You will greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology in the banking hall, and support fraud protection.

You will work in a multi-skilled, flexible team, building relationships and finding solutions while developing knowledge of services to improve customer experience.
