Branch Customer Experience Advisor

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Pontefract branch to help members with their accounts across in-branch, phone, and online channels. You’ll build relationships and guide them to products and services that suit their goals, in a supportive, non-pressured environment.
