Nurseplus UK is seeking a Branch Manager for our Nottingham branch. This role combines recruitment leadership with business development to grow the branch and drive revenue.

You will lead a high-performing team, foster strong client relationships, and ensure delivery of exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on leader who can coach consultants, win new clients, and build a robust pipeline of quality candidates to meet client demand.
