Branch Manager - Drive Growth & Service (Watford)

Clearwater People Solutions is assisting a client in recruiting a Branch Manager to lead the Watford depot. The role will oversee daily branch operations, manage a small team, support customers and help drive growth and continued success.

The Branch Manager will handle customer enquiries, sales and order processing, coordinate installations and branch operations, and maintain high standards of service. The role involves stock monitoring and some manual handling.
