We are recruiting for a Branch Manager on behalf of a successful Electrical Wholesaler in the Oxfordshire area.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and develop a profitable branch with a great team of experienced staff.

As the Branch Manager, you will have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing and logistics.

Responsibilities: As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategyResponsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targetsDeveloping strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accountsProviding comprehensive training and development for staffEnsure that your team meet operational standardsParticipating in proactive and reactive sales both internally and externally basedAssessing market conditions and identifying opportunities

Skills / Experience: Must have a proven track record working within the Electrical Wholesale market within a management position. Confident working with key performance indicators with an impressive track record in delivering on sales, profit and margin targetsAbility to motivate a team and lead by exampleAbility to communicate at all levels, whether it be with your team or negotiating with your customerDynamic, good sense of humour and a passion for the electrical wholesale industry
