We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable independent motor trade business for the position of Branch Manager at their Bournemouth location. This role provides a unique career opportunity for experienced automotive Branch Managers seeking to lead a busy and expanding operation.

Oversee daily operations of the Bournemouth branch, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards Manage, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and support staff as a Branch Manager Act as the primary customer-facing representative, fostering strong relationships with clients and suppliers Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies Implement and oversee operational procedures to optimise workflow and organisational structure Monitor team performance, providing leadership and motivational support to achieve business targetsRequirements:
