Proven track record in a sales focussed fast paced recruitment role Commercial awareness – confident managing targets, budgets, and profitability People management skills – able to coach, motivate, and develop individuals at different levels Strong communication & organisation – able to prioritise, plan, and influence effectively Problem-solving ability – comfortable handling challenges, managing client expectations, and delivering solutions IT literacy – confident using systems, dashboards, and Excel Full UK driving licence🏢About Us
