Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed branch targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service and commercial success.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage the full profit and loss responsibility for the branch, ensuring sustainable profitability.
• Ensure the branch runs efficiently and complies with company policies and health and safety regulations.
