Lead a Successful Roofing Merchant Branch

Are you an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager or Supervisor within roofing supplies, builders' merchants, electrical wholesale, plumbing merchants or trade distribution?

At MSRoofing Supplies , we're looking for a commercially focused leader to take full responsibility for our Brighton branch, driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, motivate and develop the branch team
• Drive sales growth, margin and branch profitability
• Build and strengthen relationships with trade customers, contractors and roofing specialists
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Manage key customer accounts and maximise sales opportunities
• Oversee branch operations, stock control and customer service standards
• Monitor branch performance and implement improvement plans where required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Health & Safety procedures
• Create a positive, high-performing and customer-focused culture

What We're Looking For

• Experience within roofing supplies, builders' merchants, plumbing merchants, electrical wholesale or trade distribution
• Previous Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager or Sales Management experience
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and branch profitability
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercial awareness with a focus on sales, margin and operational performance
• Excellent customer relationship and account management skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Positive, hands-on and results-driven approach
• Knowledge of roofing products would be advantageous

Working Hours

Week 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm

Week 2: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm, plus Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm

Alternate Saturday rota.

Previous supervisor or ABM level experience. Ideal branch for someone looking to take their first step into branch management. Roofing knowledge would be required
