Brand Ambassador - FMCG Promotions

About the Role

Our client, a dynamic player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking enthusiastic and engaging Brand Ambassadors to join their promotional team in and around Brighton . As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the frontline representative of our client's brands, interacting directly with consumers at various events and retail locations to create excitement, drive trial, and generate positive brand experiences. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for engaging with the public and promoting innovative FMCG products. While primarily in-person, some remote administrative and reporting tasks will be involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with consumers in a friendly, professional, and informative manner at promotional events and in-store activations.
• Educate potential customers about product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
• Conduct product sampling and demonstrations, encouraging trial and purchase.
• Capture consumer data and feedback, relaying insights to the marketing team.
• Maintain stock levels of promotional materials and ensure the presentation of brand displays.
• Represent the brand with energy and enthusiasm, embodying its values and image.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and outgoing personality.
• Previous experience in promotional work, sales, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• A genuine interest in the FMCG industry and ability to quickly learn product details.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel within the Brighton and surrounding areas for events.
