Brand Ambassador Lead - Retail & Customer Experience

The Estée Lauder Companies Bath is seeking a Counter Lead to support brand initiatives on the counter. You will drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain brand standards across the counter, ensuring a credible brand image at all times.

You will manage daily replenishment, merchandising, promotions, and local events in line with company guidelines, while building a loyal consumer base and collaborating with the Area Manager.
