Brand Ambassador

About the Role

Our client is looking for a vibrant and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent their exciting FMCG products in and around Bristol . This part-time, hybrid role involves engaging with consumers at events, in-store promotions, and digital platforms to build brand awareness and drive trial. You will be the face of the brand, conveying its values and benefits in an enthusiastic and memorable way. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about consumer engagement and who enjoy connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at promotional events, trade shows, and in-store activations.
• Engage consumers, provide product information, and encourage trial.
• Capture consumer feedback and insights, reporting back to the marketing team.
• Create engaging social media content during events and promotions.
• Maintain brand presentation standards and ensure promotional materials are well-managed.
• Build positive relationships with store staff and event organizers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in promotional work, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Enthusiasm for the FMCG sector and specific brands.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people.
• Own reliable transportation may be beneficial for reaching various event locations.
