Brand Ambassador

About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Brand Ambassador to represent their exciting range of FMCG products in and around Norwich . This part-time role is perfect for someone passionate about building brand awareness and connecting with consumers in a direct, interactive way. You will be responsible for promoting products at events, in-store demonstrations, and consumer engagement activities, embodying the brand's values and personality. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to effectively communicate brand benefits to potential customers, contributing directly to sales and brand loyalty initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand positively and professionally at events, sampling stations, and promotional activities.
• Engage consumers, educate them about product features and benefits, and drive product trial.
• Distribute promotional materials and collect consumer feedback.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling event or demonstration spaces.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, stock levels, and consumer interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights on consumer perceptions and market trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience in brand representation, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• A genuine interest in the FMCG products being promoted.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required for events.
