Brand Executive - FMCG

About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Brand Executive to support the Brand Management team for their key FMCG brands, based in Sheffield . This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual keen to develop a career in brand marketing, contributing to the execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and market analysis. You will work closely with senior marketers to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across various channels, playing a supportive yet vital role in nurturing brand growth and consumer engagement within the competitive UK marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns for assigned brands.
• Support market research activities, including competitor analysis and consumer trend monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, digital, creative) and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Manage brand collateral, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Track and report on brand performance metrics, including sales, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
• Assist with budget management and administrative tasks related to brand activities.

Requirements

• Experience (1-2 years) in marketing, brand management, or a related field, ideally within FMCG .
• A keen interest in brand marketing and consumer insights.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline.
