Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies , marketing plans, and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify new opportunities and gain deep insights into consumer behaviour and preferences.
- Manage the brand's P&L, ensuring profitability and effective budget allocation across all marketing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative agencies, to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
- Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities, adapting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the development of engaging marketing collateral and advertising materials across diverse media platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing role within the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
