About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and execution in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, driving brand awareness, and fostering customer loyalty. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and creative communication, working closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand vision is realised. You will play a key role in shaping the future narrative and market position of our client's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and market share.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing materials and communications to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively across various marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns and brand initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing leadership role.
- Strong understanding of brand development, marketing principles, and consumer psychology.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
